As part of Important Maintenance Works scheduled for overnight 22nd/23rd November, ReferAll will be pausing the automation handler for Email sending within the Scheme Administration at 15:00 on 22nd November.
This will allow for service engine to clear down any backlog emails held within the queue, prior to beginning works overnight.
ReferAll will work with our 3rd Party Service Provider to complete Maintenance Works and will have the automation service restarted at 06:00 23rd November.

We would like to assure you that any emails processed during this time, will still be processed as normal within the Application, and queued with the ReferAll Scheme Administration database servers. Upon re-enabling of the service, the automation will begin processing and delivering the queued emails.
